A completely reconditioned vintage Delta fence for a 20 band saw. Full size Delta Unisaw table saw rails bolt up to the 20 band saw perfectly. With Unisaw rails on your band saw, you can use the Unisaw Micro-set fence, but as they come directly from the Unisaw they are too long for the width of you band saw table. Since we extrude our own table saw fence rails, we can cut them to any length and machine the ends to fit the Micro-set head casting and rear clamp block. So we can make up a complete fence that has been shortened and assembled in the correct dimensions to fit the Delta and Crescent 20 band saws. The fence is exactly the same length as the original Delta fences. This sale is for one (1) totally reconditioned vintage Delta Unisaw early style fence, built specifically to fit the early Delta and Crescent 20 band saw. This early Delta curved face fence was totally disassembled, sandblasted, primed, and painted before being reassembled with all of the best parts. This sale is for one (1) early version Micro-set fence, updated and as described below. The pivot shafts in the head casting were replaced with high strength alloy dowel pins. The locking lever is now a stainless steel replacement. The black Saturn knob is a brand new item to match the original Delta style. The fluted finger knob is a new billet aluminum CNC machined part. The knob on the Micro-set geared shaft is a matching fluted knob, also CNC machined from billet aluminum. The geared shaft itself is a new CNC steel replacement. The adjustment parts in the head casting cam are all new or reconditioned. All fasteners were replaced with 18-8 stainless steel fasteners. The OEM cam in the rear clamp block has been replaced with our laser cut stainless steel version. The fence is our all new “straight arrow” lightweight extruded aluminum version. The rear clamp block is our brand-new CNC machined billet aluminum design with a black oxide plated steel J-hook. The fence head casting has been primed and finish painted in gloss gray automotive two component urethane.
