TS-LS Table saw Fence System by Incra with a 32 rip capacity! Used, in excellent condition and fully functional. Beautiful and fully functioning Incra Fence system, with rails and all accessories ready to bolt onto your table saw can also simply be bolted onto any cabinet that you’ve built for your jobsite table saw! This fence system will allow you to make adjustments down to 0.001 reliably, accurately and most importantly do it fast and easy. If you’re struggling with getting the accuracy that you want out of your table saw, this is the solution you’ve been looking for. This fence system will turn even your every day table saw into the fine precision cutting machine you’ve always wanted. The Fence rails bolt to the front and rear of your table saw with 3/8 bolts (included). The spacing of available mounting holes on your table saw is not important because the mounting bolt locations on the rails are adjustable along the entire length of the rails. There are 3 mounting points per rail (3 for the front, and 3 for the back). I believe it would be 100% secure if you needed to mount the rails using only two mounting bolts per rail. The fence has nylon frictions on both the front and the back rails, that are each individually adjustable with the turn of a knob. The fence locks with a big paddle in the middle rather than a lever at the front such as in traditional fences. To micro adjust, simply unlock the fence and make sure the small paddle is flipped up and spin the micro-adjusting wheel. The wheel spins continuously, meaning that (if you had the time) you could adjust the fence the whole 32 travel by only using the wheel, without resetting anything. Adjusting this way is extremely fine, so much so that it is difficult to notice that the fence is even moving. The fence is extruded aluminum and has rails to accept various types of standard hardware to allow you to attach whatever type of fence face you like to use (Photo 11). I just used MDF, but no reason you couldn’t use phenolic or UHMW or whatever else suits your needs. Maybe the only thing better than how the fence looks and functions is how it feels to operate. The nylon frictions, and the full-length extruded aluminum slide extremely well, the fence locks perfectly rigid. The feel of this fence system has to be experienced to be believed. FLAWS I can’t find any cosmetic blemishes, not even any scratches really. In like-new condition, and I’ll be sure to dust and wax them before boxing them up for you. There are a couple of pieces of hardware that have been replaced over the years. Two of the plastic handles have broken and I’ve replaced them with proper fitting plastic handles, which don’t match the originals perfectly, but function just like the original equipment.
