DEWALT N638742 Fence Assembly / New & improved replacement for 5140135-98. The N638742 is included in builds of new DWE7491RS Type 3 and Type 10 versions. Improved design over earlier Type 1 and Type 2 versions. This fence is compatible with the following 10 table saws from DeWalt. DWE7491 – Type 3 and Type 10 (not Type 1 or Type 2). Before ordering, please confirm 9/16 measurement from saw table top surface to fence rail top surface, as shown in the included picture. This fence clears 5/8″ from top of rail , which is not enough on DWE 7491 Type 1 & 2 saws that require 13/16″ to clear table surface. See photo for measurement.
